About Us.
Our Story
Blue Joule Corporation got started on July 23rd, 2007. Our founder Neal has over 35 years of experience developing precision controls. He graduated from the University of Missouri of Science and Technology in 1982. From there, he would work for the McDonnel Douglas Aircraft Company designing and building equipment for F18 jets. Afterward, he would work for Emerson Electric Company based out of St. Louis.
That’s where Neal worked on the prestigious B52 program. He also worked for the Andrew Kintec Company where he would design and build optical tracking systems and satellite communication systems.
Neal also started Multiple Services Technologies Inc. There, he would do consulting work for elite-level companies such as Boeing, Textron/SPAWARs and Lockheed Martin. As you can see, Neal Romine is a highly trained and experienced engineering professional.
For more than a decade Blue Joule has been designing and developing precision controls for Target Tracking Systems, Communication Systems, SAR Imaging systems, as well as High Power Laser Targeting Systems for customers Like Johns Hopkins University APL, General Dynamics, MDA, ASML, the Office of Naval Research and many more.
